Born into a property industry family, educated to post-graduate level and experienced in development, acquisition and consulting, Byron is recognized as a new breed of real estate agent and business owner.  His market knowledge, dedication and unique expertise covers many business disciplines and almost every sector of the property industry.

Byron brings a strategic focus to every aspect of his business, whether it be in ensuring the growth and development of his people or the creation and improvement in business systems to ensure that every client is provided with an exceptional and memorable customer experience.

He started a new office with no market share in 2011 and built it to a team of 12 sales agents and 500 properties under management with successful ancillary businesses in broker services and specialised property management services.

Byron will share how his focus on how a high-performance culture and a great customer experience has helped his office obtain an increased market share of 12 per cent, with his agents increasing their sales by an average of 33 per cent, despite volumes declining by 26.5 per cent over the last financial year.

Byron will also focus on how he has streamlined the business systems to significantly increase profit.
