Kevin is currently the sales manager for the Compass flagship office in the San Francisco Bay Area located at Ghirardelli Square with some of the city’s top producing agents. In addition to his role as sales manager, Kevin also participates as the Culture Committee lead in the Bay Area and is also a member of the ONE Compass committee which helps integrate and assimilate local acquired brokerages in into the Compass culture. Kevin has also supported the formation of TechSF, which gathers tech-savvy agents together to learn more about the technology driving our industry, as well as local chapters of diversity groups, including Women of Compass, Black at Compass, Out at Compass and Asian at Compass.
Prior to joining COMPASS, Kevin managed operations in Marin County for Vanguard Properties and before that Coldwell Banker. He has held executive positions at the Marin Association of Realtors, and worked as an agent for two years prior to serving as sales manager.
Kevin enjoy’s merging his two business backgrounds to help agents position themselves and their personal brand in today’s marketplace. He also feels right at home with Compass melding the two worlds he knows well — real estate and technology.
