However, it was the satisfaction from helping others that gave James the appetite for leadership on a grander scale. Mr Bell’s appointment followed an impactful period as the Head of Network Services for the C21 network. He believes that the voice of franchisees should be represented in the decisions made to improve and scale the work they are doing. His mission is to work collaboratively to help principals, agents, property managers and ultimately the consumer reach their potential and have positive experiences when transacting real estate.
